8 May 2025 – Formal Section 26 Refusal Request + Structural Statement

In response to DPIRD’s claim of no documents regarding DI activities (FOI2025-008), a formal Section 26 refusal request was submitted. The public statement titled “The Structural Absence of Accountability in WA’s Animal Welfare Enforcement” included a political timeline and critique.

Recipients:

This action ensured the systemic opacity was witnessed across institutions, NGOs, and regulators.

Attachments included a visual timeline, source index, and linked public statements.
